Nice Time Glass is a female-owned glass studio and gallery based in Asheville, NC. Each piece is handmade with care, and variations in color, size, and texture are part of the beauty of our process.
2. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.
- Sales tax is applied where required by law.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically shipped within 7–14 business days unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
- Nice Time Glass is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
- All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.
- Exchanges or store credit may be available within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
5. Product Variations
As each piece is handmade, slight variations in size, color, and shape may occur. These differences enhance the uniqueness of your piece and are not considered defects.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including product images, designs, and logos, are the property of Nice Time Glass. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
- Nice Time Glass is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of our products.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
